I’m a Functional Medicine Health Coach in training, currently studying through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy.

My journey to becoming Health Coaching wasn't planned. It began with a personal struggle: after 16 years in the corporate world I found myself, and life as I knew it, shattered when I became a mum during lockdown and experienced postnatal depression. 

​Disappointed that the only options offered to me at the time seemed to be drugs (antidepressants - not my preferred choice while breastfeeding) or therapy (which helped a bit but took many months)... I was astonishingly lucky to discover the transformative power of gut health.
 

Within days of starting a gut health reset I felt myself coming back to life. I honestly couldn't believe the impact. And a few years on, I'm still astounded by how much healthier and happier I am than ever before.

 

I never knew I was capable of feeling THIS good!

 

And when I feel better, everyone around me benefits. I'm a better mum, wife, family member and friend, simply a better citizen... And we all have a ripple effect.

This experience not only healed my postnatal depression but also significantly improved my IVF journey, turning a once painful process into a much more positive experience. ​


My passion for helping others feel fantastic through gut health grows even stronger day by day. I’m now dedicated to helping others achieve their best health. I believe we are all designed to feel amazing, and with the right guidance we can all discover which foods and daily habits help us live as our happiest and healthiest selves.

 

The impact of a healthy gut microbiome on overall wellbeing is profound—from boosting mental and physical health to enhancing fertility, mitigating long term illness and beyond.


My mission is to guide you towards optimal health by understanding and improving your gut health, making each day a step towards a happier, healthier you.​

 

I live in London with my husband Rob, daughter Amélie, and our growing family and I’m excited to share this journey with you, helping you feel your best and live life to the fullest.

What is Gut Health and Why Does it Matter?

Gut health is about so much more than digestion—it’s truly a cornerstone of how we feel every day. From my own experiences, I’ve learned that a healthy gut can be life-changing in ways you might not expect. It can clear up mental fog, boost your energy, strengthen the immune system, and even play a role in fertility.

 

The gut is often called the "second brain" because of its powerful influence on our mood and mental wellbeing. For me, understanding this connection was a game changer, helping me recover from postnatal depression, helping me sail through IVF and become the happiest, healthiest version of myself ever.​​

Why I Became a Gut Health Coach

I became a gut health coach because of the profound impact it’s had on my own life, and my desire to share that with others. After years in a high-stress corporate job, I realized I needed to make a change. When I discovered the transformative benefits of gut health, it felt like I’d unlocked a whole new level of wellbeing that I didn’t even know was possible. My mission now is to help others find their way to feeling better too—without all the trial and error I went through. I’m here to provide the knowledge, support, and practical tools you need to take charge of your own gut health.​
