My journey so far...

I’m a Functional Medicine Health Coach, certified through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy.
My journey to becoming a Functional Medicine Health Coach wasn't planned. It began with a personal health crash: after 16 years in the corporate world I found myself, and life as I knew it, shattered when I became a mum during lockdown and experienced postnatal depression.
Disappointed that the only options offered to me at the time were antidepressant drugs (not my preferred choice while breastfeeding) or therapy (which helped a bit, but took months)... I was astonishigly lucky to discover the transformative power of gut health.
Within days of starting a gut health reset I felt myself coming back to life. I honestly couldn't believe the impact. And a few years on, I'm still astounded by how much healthier and happier I am than ever before.
I never knew I was capable of feeling THIS good!
And when I feel better, everyone around me benefits. I'm a better mum, wife, family member and friend, simply a better citizen... And we all have a ripple effect.
The gift that keeps on giving.
This experience not only healed my postnatal depression but also significantly improved my IVF journey, turning a once painful process into a much more positive experience.
I also have been amazed at the impact that improving my gut health had on my second pregnancy, postpartum experience, and baby's health. Gut health truly has been ‘the gift that keeps on giving’ to me and my family.

My passion for helping others feel fantastic through gut health grows even stronger day by day. I’m now dedicated to helping others achieve their best health. I believe we are all designed to feel amazing, and with the right guidance we can all discover which foods and daily habits help us live as our happiest and healthiest selves.
The impact of a healthy gut microbiome on overall wellbeing is profound—from boosting mental and physical health to enhancing fertility, mitigating long term illness and beyond.
My mission is to guide you towards becoming a happier, healthier you, by improving your gut health and developing habits that truly work for you.
I live in London with my husband Rob, daughters Amélie and Chloé, and I’m excited to share this journey with you, helping you feel your best and live life to the fullest.

What is Gut Health and Why Does it Matter?
Gut Health is about so much more than digestion - it's truly the cornerstone of our health.
Every organ in the body is connected to the gut, 70% of your immune system is made in the gut and 95% of your serotonin (happy hormone) is made in the gut... so if you're looking to improve your physical, mental or emotional wellbeing... gut health is THE place to start.
The good news is that the gut is forgiving. When we nourish it in the way that it needs, and stop consuming (or doing the) things which are causing irritation and inflammation, the gut will respond and balance can be restored. The key is simply to work out what your body is calling for and I can help you with that.
